Peaceful principal bedroom

Part of our Sydenham House project, this principal bedroom was designed as a peaceful escape from the energy of the rest of the home. The brief was to create something quieter and more restful, while still retaining the client’s love of art, colour and character. Full-height moulded panelling wraps the room, concealing bespoke wardrobes behind what appear to be decorative wall panels and allowing the space to feel calm and uncluttered. A soft green palette brings a sense of rest, while the client’s artwork adds a more playful, personal edge.
